Shipping Policy

Shipping Hours
Most orders will be shipped out within 1- business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays including the Biblical Appointed Times. You will receive a USPS or UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

5 - 8 business days within the US

Delays Due to Outside Circumstances
After the order has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances that occur once the product is out of our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, service interruptions, problems with the mail carrier service, and customs and border issues (for international shipments), etc. However, we will still try our best to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. 

Customs and International Fees
We will not cover customs or duties fees, or any other international taxes and fees related to shipping orders outside of the US.

Wrong Address
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change anything if you notice that an incorrect shipping address has been used. Whatever address you give to us, is where we will ship your order. The address we receive can be found in your shipping confirmation email that we will send to you once we ship your order. However, if you are shipping your order through the USPS, you can try a USPS Package Intercept.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product(s)
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product(s) from us, you have 30 days (per your receipt) to report it to us. When reporting your product(s)’s problem, please email us at travis@oneshalom.com and include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, as well as a picture of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s). We will then replace your item with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refund you for the amount paid for the item(s), whichever is preferred.

Your order will be shipped with Standard Service unless you request an alternative service.
